Purchases maybe exchanged
or refunded 10 days from the original purchase date. The item must be
accompanied with the original sales slip. The item must be unused and
unworn, and in its original condition, in the original gift box and packaging,
with all warranty cards, explanation booklets and designer tags and labels
intact. Sale items, special order modified and custom pieces are not returnable
or exchangeable. Gift certificate recipients will be issued a store credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Store credits are non-refundable, except in the form of a gift certificate.
1. Layaway purchases must have a 20% down payment. 2. A minimum payment must be made weekly as agreed upon and scheduled. We will hold the item for up to 90 days. 3. If three payments are missed, the item will be returned to stock and all monies will be issued in a form of store credit only. 4. Layaways can be extended for a longer period than the 90 days with special arrangements at the time of purchase. 5. Sorry, no refunds on layaways or special orders, store credit only.
Special orders are not returnable and no refunds or exchanges can be made. Special orders require a 50% down payment with a non-refundable deposit.
Our expert technicians do our jewelry repairs on the premises. All repairs are guaranteed for one full year for the same repair, unless otherwise noted. Every repair job is
different and what our guarantee covers and does not cover is explained
