Yes. In-store pickup is free on every order, with no minimum. Choose it at checkout, we text you when it is ready, and if you would rather not come in, we will bring it out to your car at 409 Main Street.
How fast do you ship, and is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $100 within the United States. In-stock pieces ordered before 4pm Eastern ship the same business day; everything else ships within 2–3 business days, with tracking sent by email. See shipping details.

Can I see and try on jewelry before I buy?
Yes. Walk-ins are always welcome at our showroom at 409 Main Street, Southbridge, and pieces marked “In Store” online are in the showroom now. You can also book a private consultation with our GIA-trained gemologist.
Do you sell natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Yes, both. Our GIA-trained gemologist will help you compare natural and lab-grown diamonds side by side so you can choose with confidence.
Can I upgrade my diamond later?

Do you repair and resize jewelry?
Yes. Repairs are done in-house on our own bench, including ring resizing, tip and prong repair, pearl and bead restringing, jewelry restoration and watch battery replacement.
