Jewelry Purchases

All fine jewelry is covered under our quality guarantee and limited warranty. We guarantee all of our custom work and jewelry created in-house to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for five years. To remain eligible for this warranty, you must have your jewelry inspected by our store or another authorized representative every 6 months.

All repairs are guaranteed for one full year for the same repair, unless otherwise noted.Every repair job is different and what our guarantee covers and does not cover is explained as follows:Excessive wear and exposure to chlorine and household chemicals voids any guarantees.
