All Repairs Are Handled On-Site at Our Showroom
A ring that looks fine can still have a worn prong, a hairline crack in a shank, or a stone that's sitting slightly loose. Photos and phone descriptions don't tell the full story — every piece we work on is examined under magnification first, so we know exactly what a repair involves before any work begins.
Bought it somewhere else? That's fine. We regularly repair jewelry purchased from other jewelers, online retailers, or passed down as a family heirloom.
Who's Doing the Work
Robert L. Morin combines gemological evaluation with traditional bench work, so delicate stones and precious metals are handled correctly during every repair.

A Few Things Worth Knowing
Pricing depends on the piece
The cost of a repair depends on the metal, the stones involved, and the work required, so we quote each repair after seeing it in person rather than over the phone.
Jewelry from any retailer is welcome
You don't need to have purchased your piece from Morin Jewelers for us to work on it. We regularly repair jewelry bought elsewhere or inherited from family.
Loose stones are worth addressing early
A prong that's starting to wear is far easier — and less costly — to fix than replacing a stone that's already been lost. If a stone feels like it's shifting, it's worth having it looked at.
Antique and vintage pieces need extra care
Older jewelry, particularly filigree and estate pieces, can require a different approach than modern jewelry to preserve its original detail. We evaluate these individually.
