Our Policies

Exchanges & Returns:

We want you to be excited with your purchase from MorinJewelers.com and tell others to shop with us too!

Purchases maybe exchanged or refunded 10 days from the original purchase date. The item must be accompanied with the original sales slip. The item must be unused and unworn, and in its original condition, in the original gift box and packaging, with all warranty cards, explanation booklets and designer tags and labels intact. Sale items, special order modified and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

Refunds are paid in the same manner as the original method of payment made on the original purchase, with the exception of cash. Cash will be refunded in the form of a check within 10 days.

Gift certificate recipients will be issued a store credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Store credits are non-refundable, except in the form of a gift certificate.

Returning Your Purchase:

You can return the product to us in-store or return to us by mail at your own expense.

To obtain authorization for a return, please call us at (508) 764-7250 or email robert@morinjewelers.net. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization number, which is required on your package.

Where do I send my return or exchange?
Please remember to call or email first to obtain an RA# for your return or exchange. Packages sent to us for return or exchange without an RA# visible on the outside of the box will be refused.

Please return the item in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation. Use the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative with appropriate packing materials to protect the item.

We recommend using registered U.S. post and purchasing insurance for the full value of the item. You are responsible for any damages if insurance is not purchased. Please note that we are not responsible for returns without tracking or delivery confirmation showing that the package was received at our store. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our store in good condition.

Refunds will be issued solely for the cost of the product, excluding any original shipping fees, unless the product is found to be defective.


Return Conditions

You have 10 days to return an item once it has been received. Items must be returned with a return authorization number, unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable state to be accepted for return. Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for returns.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for purchase for all items eligible for return. Recipients may elect to receive site credit instead of a original payment reimbursement upon request. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Cash refunds are not available at any in-person locations. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted from your banking institution.


Layaway Policy:

1. Layaway purchases must have a 20% down payment.

2. A minimum payment must be made weekly as agreed upon and scheduled. We will hold the item for up to 90 days.

3. If three payments are missed, the item will be returned to stock and all monies will be issued in a form of store credit only.

4. Layaways can be extended for a longer period than the 90 days with special arrangements at the time of purchase.

5. Sorry, no refunds on layaways or special orders, store credit only.


Special Orders:

Special orders are not returnable and no refunds or exchanges can be made. Special orders require a 50% down payment with a non-refundable deposit.


Jewelry Repair:

Our expert technicians do our jewelry repairs on the premises. All repairs are guaranteed for one full year for the same repair, unless otherwise noted.

Every repair job is different and what our guarantee covers and does not cover is explained as follows:
Excessive wear and exposure to chlorine and household chemicals voids any guarantees.


Watch Repair:

We offer a one full year warranty, which excludes any damage or rusting caused by water, moisture or liquids of any kind and excess.

Shipping Policy:

Our shipping policy offers three options: Ground Shipping at $9.99 (2-3 business days), Overnight Shipping at $49.95 (next business day), and Free Pickup in Store. Items ship within 2-3 business days, and payment and tracking details can be accessed in your Morin Jewelers account. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S., but please note that we currently do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes. Advertising & Website Content Errors

While we try to make sure that all prices posted here are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for typographical and other errors that may appear on the website. If the posted price for an item is incorrect due to typographical or other error (e.g., data transmission), Morin Jewelers is only responsible for the correct price, which we will endeavor to provide to you as soon as we become aware of the error. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. However, it is your responsibility to verify with Morin Jewelers that all details listed are accurate.

Item images and descriptions posted on our website pages are the representations provided by our suppliers. Please note that actual items may differ slightly from specifications and/or the pictures. Morin Jewelers is not responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising or shipping errors. Advertised prices and available quantities are subject to change without notice.

In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Morin Jewelers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for item listed at the incorrect price.

Changes to Website; Limitation of Access:
Morin Jewelers may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, discontinue or alter any aspect of the website, including, but not limited to, (a) restricting the time of availability, (b) restricting the availability and/or scope of the website for certain platforms (i.e., computer types and operating systems), (c) restricting the amount of use permitted, and (d) restricting or terminating any user's right to use the website.
